Mondiale & VISA link up in trans-Tasman merger

Two of Asia Pacific’s largest freight companies, Mondiale Freight Services and VISA Global Logistics have agreed to a merger that will create a single entity with billion-dollar annual revenues. The merged company will have a combined annual revenue of $1.3 billion, with operations across New Zealand, Australia, Asia, India, and Europe.
