Nasdaq-listed Teradyne buys NZ's Quantifi Photonics

New Zealand technology company Quantifi Photonics has been sold to US Nasdaq-listed electronics company Teradyne for an undisclosed sum.The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025. Teradyne, founded in 1960, designs and manufactures automatic test equipment.
