With many investors still in holiday mode, the New Zealand sharemarket had a flat day on Wednesday, although inflation results from Australia piqued interest.The S&P/NZX 50 Index closed up 0.01% or 1.047 points to 13,043.110, with 24.8 million shares changing hands to the value of $110 million.The market was dragged down by stocks in the S&P/NZX 10 Index, which closed at 13,369, down by 0.09%.
