Nicola Greer and Mark Tume to join Precinct board

Precinct Properties has appointed two new independent directors, Nicola Greer and Mark Tume, to replace two retiring directors, Launa Inman and Robert Campbell.Greer, a professional director and currently a director of Airways Corp, Fidelity Life, South Port and the New Zealand Railways Corp, will be joining the board from tomorrow. Greer is also a member of the NZ Markets Disciplinary Tribunal. Tume, who chairs Infratil and Ngāi Tahu Holdings, will join from Aug 11.
