NZ Windfarms has appointed Craig Stobo to chair its board and will ask the government to fast track the consenting process for upgrading a wind farm in the Tararua Ranges.Stobo is a former investment banker who was involved in setting up BT Funds Management and the Local Government Funding Agency (LGFA).
