NZME's boardroom tussle has taken another turn with the company delaying its annual shareholder meeting after legal advice. The media group said on Monday it would no longer hold its annual meeting on April 29. The company’s board is under significant pressure from shareholders, including its largest, to submit to a proposal to remove the entire board, a move spearheaded by investor Jim Grenon. NZME said it would now hold the meeting on June 3. The statement to the NZX said the board had concerns about whether Gren...
