NZME’s move to delay a crucial shareholder meeting is a sign the company’s leadership is out of ideas, says Jim Grenon, the man who wants to overhaul the board.The media group said on Monday it would no longer hold its annual meeting on April 29 after taking legal advice over Grenon’s move.NZME said it would now hold the meeting on June 3 as the board was concerned about whether Grenon’s proposals were in the company's and shareholders' best interests. Grenon said the delay was not surprising.Give...
