NZX delays market open on technical fault

Stock market operator NZX has delayed the opening of the market due to a connection issue between its core clearing and settlement system, BaNCS, and trading platform X-stream.The exchange announced the main board and the Fonterra Shareholders Market would not open at 10am as usual, instead the “pre-open” would be extended.The delay has been caused by a connection issue with the interface which connects BaNCS and X-stream.
