Oceania’s $80m raise fully subscribed

Oceania Healthcare’s bookbuild for its $80 million institutional placement was fully subscribed at a fixed price of $1.30 per share.The aged care provider is raising $100m to fund the purchase of an existing retirement village and new land to expand a care facility into a integrated village.
