Pacific Edge has announced a $60 million capital raise to coincide with its ASX listing just two weeks after attempting to persuade investors it was not seeking additional funding.Documents accidentally released to the ASX included details of a A$70m (NZ$72.4m) capital raise managed by Bell Potter Securities, Forsyth Barr and Jarden Securities.The company told the NZX the information released was incorrect, repeatedly denied it was raising capital, and declined multiple media requests.Now Pacific Edge has announced the capital raise is underway...
