QEX looks to delist from NZX

QEX Logistics wants to delist from the NZX as it is unable to replace the independent directors who resigned in February.The infant formula exporter was suspended from trading in mid-February as it does not meet the listing rules without independent shareholder representatives on its board.QEX said delisting is a “necessary step to end this period of non-compliance and create a pathway to deliver the best possible outcome for its shareholders”.Once delisted the business would attempt to position itself for a sale to a third party.Th...
