Marlborough Wine Estates shareholders have voted to delist the company from the New Zealand Exchange main board.In late November, the company notified the market of its plans to delist and continue operations as an unlisted NZ firm.A resolution to delist was approved by shareholders at the company’s annual meeting on Friday.Marlborough Wine Estates first listed on the NXT Market in June 2016 to provide prospective investors with exposure to an NZ-based but export-focused wine enterprise, the company said last month.It said the NZ wine ind...
