Skellerup chief executive David Mair is joining the board of seafood company Sanford Limited as an independent director from today.He's replacing outgoing director Peter Keen who will retire at the listed company’s annual shareholder meeting on Dec 15.Under the New Zealand stock exchange (NZX) listing rules, Mair will retire from office and immediately stand for re-election at the shareholder meeting.
