Spark has completed the sale of its remaining stake in its mobile tower network.The deal, announced in December, to Canadian investment giant CDPQ will involve it becoming a joint owner of Connexa with Canada’s Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.The two will both have a 50% stake in the business, with Ontario Teachers also agreeing to sell a third of its holdings in the business to CDPQ.Spark told the NZX on Friday afternoon the deal had been completed with a sale price of $311 million.The transaction was conditional on regulatory appro...
