Sweden’s Probi to take 13% stake in Blis Technologies

Nasdaq Stockholm-listed Probi will take a 13% stake in Blis Technologies, paying $9.18 million for the new shares.The funds will be raised in a placement at a 5% discount to the volume-weighted average price for the 20 trading days to July 5, 2021, or about 5.5 cents.Settlement is expected on July 8. The money will support Blis's goals to grow revenue.
