Tourism Holdings has sold a 14.14% shareholding in the Australian securities exchange-listed peer-to-peer RV rental operator Camplify Holdings for about A$19.2 million (NZ$20.5m), based on a sale price of A$1.90 per CHL share.Chief executive Grant Webster said the company had reviewed its position on the Camplify shareholding and “decided to divest, given our focus on return on funds employed at [Tourism Holdings] and the fact that the shareholding is not currently delivering a return on funds”.The sale of the shares in CHL is...
