Software company Vista says there is "no case for change" to its board. The dual-listed cinema software company released a presentation to proxy advisors on Monday morning. In it, it said removing current chair Susan Peterson and director Kirk Senior and appointing a representative from its largest shareholder was not in the firm's best interests. Shareholder Potentia Capital has called for a special general meeting to roll Peterson and Senior and have its investment director Amit Chand join the board.
