Software company Vista says there is "no case for change" to its board. The dual-listed cinema software company released a presentation to proxy advisors on Monday morning. In it, it said removing current chair Susan Peterson and director Kirk Senior and appointing a representative from its largest shareholder was not in the firm's best interests.
