With just over a week left until the deadline and the Accident Compensation Corporation still to make a move, time is running out for Vital shareholders hoping to sell.The Tait Communications offer, which values Vital at about $18.7 million, is due to lapse on Sep 12 if acceptances fall short of the 90% threshold.
