MediaWorks swallows Digital Commons

MediaWorks has snapped up the remaining stake in marketing agency Digital Commons, becoming the company’s outright shareholder.The outdoor advertising and radio group owned a majority stake in the digital specialist, a legacy of a QMS acquisition in 2017.
