Navis Capital acquires majority stake in Mainland Poultry, reportedly looking at Freshmax

By Jonathan Underhill April 27 (BusinessDesk) - Private equity firm Navis Capital has acquired a majority stake in Mainland Poultry, whose businesses include New Zealand’s biggest egg producer, and is reportedly interested in buying Freshmax, the Australian-registered, NZ-based fruit and vegetable producer.
