AAMI trials Soul Machines’ virtual human tech

Australian insurance company AAMI is trialling a virtual human developed by NZ-founded Soul Machines as a customer service tool.Female virtual employee Ava can interact directly with customers as they shop online for insurance.Customers must activate the microphone and camera of their device to ask Ava questions.
