Trans-Tasman financial services company AMP has bowed to sustained pressure over its appointment of Boe Pahari as chief executive of AMP Capital on July 1, despite the company having settled a sexual harassment complaint against him in 2018.AMP chair David Murray has resigned, as has another director, John Fraser, who was a former Treasury secretary.
