Auckland Airport $200m share purchase plan oversubscribed

Auckland International Airport’s $200 million share purchase plan was oversubscribed, receiving about $489 million of applications.The airport received 32,619 applications at an average of $15,000. NZX data showed it had 50,965 shareholders at April 17.The offer will be scaled in line with the April 3 record date, and refunds paid on or before May 8.The airport operator raised $1.2 billion through the plan and a placement at $4.66 a share.
