Australian firm Atturra will complete an expected acquisition of Auckland-based information technology services provider Plan B for $20 million, plus a $4.5m earn-out.Plan B operates five data centres in New Zealand and serves 1,000 customers across Australia and NZ.The total purchase price is 6.2 times expected earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation.The earn-out is subject to performance based on financial metrics in the 2025 financial year.Atturra is a technology consulting firm headquartered in Sydney and listed on the...
