Bank of New Zealand director and chair Douglas McKay ONZM is retiring at the end of May, the bank says. McKay has been a member of the BNZ board since March 5 2013 and has been chair since Aug 1 2015, it said.Warwick Hunt MNZM has been appointed as McKay’s replacement, starting June 1, it said. Hunt joined the BNZ board in November 2022 and is currently chair of the board audit committee and a member of the board risk and compliance committee and the board due diligence committee, it said.BNZ chief executive Dan Huggin...
