BNZ chair retires after more than eight years in the role

Bank of New Zealand director and chair Douglas McKay ONZM is retiring at the end of May, the bank says. McKay has been a member of the BNZ board since March 5 2013 and has been chair since Aug 1 2015, it said.Warwick Hunt MNZM has been appointed as McKay’s replacement, starting June 1, it said.
