Card spending was largely flat in November although cell phones and laptops were in demand as shoppers homed in on Black Friday deals.Seasonally-adjusted total core retail spending, which strips out fuel and vehicle-related spending, lifted 0.6 percent on the month in November after rising a revised 9.5 percent in October.
