The New Zealand Shareholders’ Association has appointed Oliver Mander to take over as chief executive in what will be a heftier role than it previously was.Chair Tony Mitchell announced his departure will be at next month’s annual meeting, where he will hand over the chair to Andrew Reding after just one year in the role.Mitchell said the board unanimously agreed the new CEO needed to be the face and voice of the retail investor group, and the chair would change to a non-executive role.“Now with the CEO appointed, with the org...
