The Commerce Commission has begun reviewing the proposed merger of Orcon Group and 2degrees.Orcon Group, formerly Vocus NZ, is the New Zealand subsidiary of Vocus Group, the Australian-based telecoms entity previously ASX-listed and now owned by Macquarie Asset Management and Aware Super.
