Covid costs Argosy $3.9m, but dividend rises

Shares of Argosy Property tracked up 2 percent at $1.46 after the company announced a slightly better than expected second quarter dividend of 1.6375 cents a share to be paid Dec. 23, a small Christmas gift for some.The firm, which has a portfolio across industrial, office and large format retail properties valued at $1.92 billion, said it expects to pay a dividend for the full year of 6.45 cents a share, up from an expected 6.35 cents.
