Eroad in trading halt, may raise capital

Traded has been halted in Eroad shares after Australian media reported they are preparing a capital raise across the ditch.NZX Regulation placed the Kiwi transport technology business in a trading halt this morning pending “a material announcement”.The Australian Financial Review reported Eroad is working with Bell Potter Securities and Canaccord Genuity to arrange a $25 million share placement for Australian funds and a $5 million share purchase plan.The capital raise would coincide with the company taking a foreign exempt listing...
