Keith Smith joins Sky TV board

Professional director Keith Smith has joined Sky Network Television’s board, effective immediately.Smith is a director of Goodman Property Trust’s manager, The Warehouse Group and Mercury NZ. He has past experience across a range of industries including energy, retail, the rural sector, printing, media, and exports.He’s deemed an independent director and will seek election at Sky’s annual meeting later this year.
