Listed companies get more reporting relief

NZX Regulation has extended the waiver on reporting timeframes to issuers with June 30 and July 31 balance dates, giving them an extra 30 days to report their results and two more months to lodge their annual reports. The initial waiver was for those issuers reporting out to May 31. NZX Regulation encouraged issuers to report as soon as they can to keep the market informed, and reminded them that they’re still subject to continuous disclosure obligations.
