Infratil manager HRL Morrison & Co has appointed a new executive to the New York office it established last year.Gary Sugarman, described by Morrison & Co as “a highly respected telecom and data sector veteran”, has been appointed to drive investments in digital sector investments.Sugarman is currently principal of Richfield Associates, a firm he founded in 1993, to provide advice to telcos to access equity, and is the managing member of an associated equity fund, Richfield Capital Partners, formed in 2010.As manager for dua...
