Kirk Senior will step down as executive chair of Vista Group International at the end of this month, handing the role he has held for six years to independent director, Susan Peterson, who will not hold an executive role.Peterson said it was a privilege to lead the cinema software company at an “exciting and important time” and thanked Senior for “outstanding stewardship.” She is also an independent director at Xero, Trustpower and Arvida Group.
