OIO greenlights EQT's takeover of Metlifecare

The Overseas Investment Office has greenlighted Sweden-based EQT's $1.28 billion takeover of Metlifecare.Shareholders are to vote on EQT's offer via a scheme of arrangement at a special meeting on Oct. 2.
