'Please explain' for Rakon after 21.3% spike

Tech component maker Rakon says it has nothing to disclose following an enquiry into its share price.On Jan. 7 NZX regulator NZ Reg Co queried whether the firm was compliant with its continuous disclosure obligations as its share price rose by 21.3 percent to 74 cents from opening on Jan. 6 to 2:45 pm on Jan. 6.“RAK advises it has reviewed all information of which it is aware and advises it continues to comply with Listing Rule 3.1.1,” said company secretary Maureen Shaddick in a letter dated Jan. 8 which referred to the continuous...
