Pushpay founders sell $95m stake

Pushpay co-founder Chris Heaslip is selling his 4 percent stake in the company in a deal that will also see executive director Chris Fowler shed half his holding.The transaction is being done via a bookbuild that will offer 54.7 million shares, or 5 percent, of the church management software company’s stock at a floor price of $1.75.That is a discount of 7.4 percent to yesterday’s closing price of $1.89 and approximately 9 percent below the five-day average.Pushpay shares are in a trading halt that's expected to lift tomorrow on...
