QEX Logistics plans to raise up to $4 million at a 28.6 percent discount to help fund its growth plans, such as beefing up its Australian operations.The logistics company wants to raise $3 million in a share purchase plan to existing investors, with scope to accept another $1 million in oversubscriptions.
