Rakon fires up earnings forecast

Rakon improved its earnings guidance today, largely on the strength of global shortages for its products following a fire at a Japanese competitor.The tech components manufacturer said it now expects underlying earnings before interest tax depreciation and amortization for the 12 months to March 31, 2021, to be between $20 million and $22 million.Its previous guidance was for between $16 million and $18 million.
