Listed market regulator NZ RegCo and the Financial Markets Authority have appointed four new members to the independent disciplinary tribunal that rules on breaches and penalties.The new members are barrister John Dixon, professional director and Transpower chair Pip Dunphy, managing principal of Macquarie Securities NZ Dave Roberton, and Jarden’s general counsel Rachael Newsome.The regulator’s chief executive, Joost van Amelsfort, said these members would bring deep capital markets experience to the tribunal.“NZ RegCo welcome...
