Kathmandu Holdings has completed the retail entitlement component of its capital raise, bringing another $53 million onto the balance sheet. Just over half of all eligible retail shareholders took up Kathmandu’s offer to acquiring new shares at 50 cents, with those shareholders applying for an additional $17 million of shares — bringing the effective take-up rate to approximately 82 percent.The remaining 19 million shares were reallocated to institutional underwriters. Kathmandu seeks to raise a total of $207 million throu...
