Rua Bioscience will issue $10 million in shares at 41 cents a share to acquire Zalm Therapeutics, giving it fast track access into Australian-made product.Zalm was registered in 2018 and lists Australian medicinal cannabis company Cann subsidiary Botanitech as an 8.4% shareholder.
