SkyCity's online Malta business moves into the black

SkyCity Entertainment Group's online casino based in Malta produced operating profits in April and May and is expected to become a "meaningful" business in the 2021 financial year.In documentation accompanying SkyCity's announcement of it raising $230 million of fresh equity, the casino operator said registered customers had reached more than 20,000 by May 31.That's up by 15,000 since March and compared with the 3,500 registered customers SkyCity reported on Feb. 13 when it released its first-half results.The Malta-based v...
