Budget travel agent STA Travel is in liquidation.Creditors today voted to place the company, which owes $11 million, into liquidation. It has been in voluntary administration since Aug. 25.Voluntary administrators from Deloitte, David Webb and Colin Owens, have been appointed liquidators.
