Third person facing charges over CBL

The Serious Fraud Office has confirmed that another person has been charged in relation to the collapse of CBL Corporation.The person, who has name suppression, faces a single charge of obtaining by deception.The fraud agency has already charged former managing director Peter Harris and Carden Mulholland, the insurer’s former chief financial officer. That trial is expected to start this September.There are also several civil suits that arose out of the NZX-listed insurer's collapse.
