Three has won the rights to broadcast free-to-air games at this year’s women’s rugby world cup in New Zealand.The station, owned by US giant Warner Bros Discovery, will broadcast eight matches from the prestigious tournament, which will be held in Auckland and Whangārei from October.The US multimedia group has struck a deal with Spark Sport, the primary broadcaster of the world cup.
