Auction website Trade Me says it has reached conditional agreement for the purchase of property values site homes.co.nz.The site, which lists 1.8 million houses and their valuations, is used as a valuation tool by house hunters and realtors.The purchase price was not specified but Trade Me said the transaction will shortly be referred to the Commerce Commission for approval.Homes.co.nz was founded in 2013 by Wellington entrepreneurs John Holt and Jamie Kruger and retailer Michael Gibbs.
