San Francisco-based franchisee Flynn Group has acquired Wendco Limited, the sole franchisee of the Wendy’s fast-food brand in New Zealand.Flynn's acquisition follows its entrance into the Australian market in 2023 when it purchased the master franchise licenses of both Pizza Hut and Wendy’s Australia.The company owns and operates more than 2,700 businesses including Applebee’s and Taco Bells across 42 American states.
