Wellumio targets $8.5m in fundraise for stroke diagnostic game-changer

New Zealand medical technology startup Wellumio has launched a crowdfunding campaign as part of a larger pre-Series A funding round.It is targeting $8.5 million for the entire raise and is seeking a minimum of $7m. As part of that raise Wellumio is running a Snowball Effect campaign for three weeks from Sept 16 with the goal of raising between $1m and $1.5m.The pre-Series A round is being led by Nuance capital.
