No change in median Auckland house price this month: REINZ

By Pattrick Smellie May 12 (BusinessDesk) - The median price of an Auckland house didn't change between March and April, at $720,000, according to the latest figures released by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, although there has been a $108,500, or 17.7 percent increase in the Auckland median house price since April last year.
